Persat

Tack att man kan vara så barnsligt nöjd och glad över att man persat plankan. Två minuter spikrak utan vila. Sen 2X30 sidoplanka direkt på. Firar med proteindrink. Det går bra nu.

Det här blev toppen av en toppendag. Har jobbat lagom mycket, fått egentid hos frisören och lekt med min dotter.

Nu: Kockarnas kamp. Kan ju bara inte missa det!
